Web Design & Development
No Easy Feet
A fast Astro site with Diviner One doing the work behind it.
No Easy Feet is a personal training studio in Southeast Portland built around the Knees Over Toes (ATG) system — barefoot training, structural balance, and working back from injury. Adam Shumaker is one of a small number of Level III certified ATG coaches in the world. The studio had the reputation and the results; the website needed to catch up, and it needed a backend that could turn visitors into booked consultations.
Challenge
- A website that did not reflect the quality or personality of the studio
- No clear path from “curious visitor” to “booked free consultation”
- Contact form submissions landing in an inbox with no follow-up system behind them
- A growing library of nutrition and training content with nowhere good to live
- Over 100 five-star Google reviews doing nothing for the site
- No way to tell which marketing was actually producing leads
Website Redesign & Development
We rebuilt the site from scratch on Astro. Static output means pages load fast on a phone in a parking lot, hosting costs almost nothing, and there is no CMS to keep patched. The design leans on the studio’s own photography — real members, real space — because that is the thing that separates No Easy Feet from a franchise gym.
Structurally, every page runs toward the same action: book a free consultation. Service pages for small group training, private coaching, injury recovery, and at-home programs each answer the question a prospect actually has, then hand them the booking link.
Diviner One as a Light Backend
A static site is fast, but a business still needs somewhere for content, leads, and follow-up to live. Rather than bolt on four separate SaaS tools, we wired the site into Diviner One, our own marketing platform, and let it handle the dynamic parts.
The Learning Center publishes through Diviner One, so Adam can write a post about shopping healthy at Costco and have it live without a developer or a deploy. Contact and consultation forms post into the Diviner One CRM, so an enquiry becomes a contact record with a follow-up trail instead of an email that scrolls out of view. Newsletter signups feed the email marketing suite. And lead source tracking on every form means Adam can see where consultations are actually coming from.
Putting the Reviews to Work
No Easy Feet has over 100 five-star Google reviews — and before the rebuild, the website did nothing with them. The Diviner One reviews widget now pulls them onto the homepage and key service pages, kept current automatically. Someone deciding whether to book a first session sees other people’s words at the moment the decision is being made.

“I love the design of the new site — it’s community-forward, just like my business. And the CRM integration is perfect. It makes my life so much easier.”
— Adam Shumaker, Founder, No Easy Feet
Impact
No Easy Feet now has a website that looks like the studio it represents and works like a system rather than a brochure. Content publishes without a developer. Enquiries become CRM records. Signups feed an email list. Reviews show up where they change minds. And for the first time, Adam can see which marketing is producing the consultations — which is the part that decides where the next dollar goes.
