Hey there! I’ve been working in digital marketing, branding, and SEO for 20 years. I also podcast about all things agency on The Creative Agency Podcast and run the Grow Your Agency Slack Group.

For over a decade I served as an executive at a branding and website agency here in Portland, OR called Murmur Creative. (It also happens to be run by my brother, Andrew Bolton.) Andrew and I grew Murmur to a 26-person agency. In 2024, I decided I wanted to strike out on my own and form a new, more nimble agency focused on helping businesses compete in our rapidly changing tech environment.

Diviner is my opportunity to leverage my experience working with hundreds of brands — from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies — and focus on where I can make the most impact. It allows me to hand-pick the best team for the work set before me and explore deeper ways of working with clients.
